The Flagship Experience Scoop Shop Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the brand’s flagship scoop shop in Burlington and VT Catering, all while upholding the three-part mission of Ben & Jerry’s. The main place of employment for the Flagship Scoop store Manager will be the scoop store on Church Street in Burlington, Vermont. They will manage expectations, appearance, sales growth, and adherence to safety and operational standards to provide outstanding guest experiences. Their mission is to provide a high-energy, safe, professional, and enjoyable work atmosphere that will increase employee retention and customer loyalty. In addition to overseeing the Vermont Catering operations, oversee and direct the flagship Burlington Scoop Shop operations, which include staffing, payroll, communications, and everyday operations.

Give direct reports and all hourly employees constructive, continuous mentoring and feedback.

Together with the general manager of hospitality, create and manage the department’s budget.
